RETURN + EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery or pickup for items with manufacturer defects or damages.
To Qualify:

Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide photos and a detailed description of the defect or damage.
Upon verification, we will offer:

A replacement item (if available), or
-
A repair service (if applicable), or
-
A full refund
Condition for Return

The item must be in its original condition and unused.

Original packaging must be retained whenever possible to ensure safe return.

Items that show signs of misuse, alteration, or accidental damage are not eligible.
CUSTOM SPECIAL ORDERS
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on custom special orders. Merchandise is made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit may be required at the time of purchase and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return, or exchange for reasons other than a manufacturer defect or transit damage.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are handled in the same manner as returns for defective or damaged items within the 7-day window.
DAMAGES

It is your responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery.

Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately to our customer service team.

Damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered customer damage and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claim.
7-Day Return Window for Manufacturer Defects
For manufacturer defects discovered after delivery:

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your furniture.

Submit clear photos and a description of the defect.
After inspection, we will:

Replace or repair the item, or
-
Offer a full refund, including taxes and delivery fees.
Proof of Purchase Requirement
All return, exchange, and warranty requests require proof of purchase. Acceptable forms include:

Original sales receipt

Order confirmation email

Packing slip

Digital receipt from online purchase
Without proof of purchase, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims. Please retain your receipt for your records.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase:

Credit or Debit Card purchases will be refunded to the original card.

Cash purchases will be refunded in cash (for in-store purchases) or a company-issued check.

Check purchases will be refunded in a company-issued check.

Financing or Store Credit purchases will be credited back to your financing account or issued as store credit.
Please allow 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
