PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to ensure all product details, pricing, and photos are accurate. However, errors may occur. Dimensions are approximate. Finishes and colors may appear differently based on screen settings or in-store lighting. All products are subject to availability.
SALE + PROMOTIONS
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.. Clearance and final sale items are sold "as-is" and are non-returnable.
CUSTOM + SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom and special orders are furniture items that are made-to-order, personalized, or not regularly stocked in our store. These may include (but are not limited to) items with custom upholstery, finishes, dimensions, configurations, or brand-specific selections ordered on your behalf.
A minimum deposit of 50% or full payment is required to place a custom or special order. All deposits are non-refundable once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier.
Estimated delivery or arrival timelines vary by vendor and are typically between 4 to 12 weeks. These lead times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, shipping delays, factory backorders). Customers will be notified of any significant changes in the estimated delivery window.
Custom and special orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
LIABLITY
Pompano Furniture and Design is not responsible for damage caused during self-transport or customer assembly. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Pompano Furniture and Design is not liable for discrepancies between showroom samples and final products due to standard manufacturing tolerances or variations in materials. All representations regarding texture, tone, or pattern are approximate and may vary slightly from sample to final product.

All prices are in US currency and include applicable sales taxes of the state of Florida.
