Pompano Furniture and Design is committed to delivering your furniture safely, efficiently, and on time. We strive to offer an exceptional experience for our customers, from making a purchase to the delivery of the order to your home. This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines how we handle in-store and online delivery orders, shipping timelines, service levels, and customer responsibilities.

DELIVERY POLICY

​We offer a full-service, White Glove delivery service. We provide a stress-free and seamless experience for all our customers. Our professional delivery team will ensure your new furniture is delivered, set up, and ready to enjoy without lifting a finger.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH OUR DELIVERY SERVICE?

Delivery Preparation

  • Please make sure the merchandise being delivered fits in the desired room/space and ensure clear access to the delivery area. 

  • Ensure that doors, stairwells, hallways, and room dimensions confirm fit before delivery.

  • Our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items.

  • Notify us in advance of any building requirements (e.g., elevator reservations, loading dock access, security clearance).

  • A high-rise or condominium may require a Certificate of Insurance. Please notify us after placing your order.

Scheduled Delivery Appointment

  • A delivery specialist will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window (typically a 3–4 hour block).

  • Reminder notifications via phone, text, or email will be sent before the appointment.

 

Inside Placement

  • Furniture is brought into the room of your choice, whether it's on the main level or upstairs (depending on access).

  • Our team will carefully navigate stairs, hallways, and doorways to position your furniture exactly where you want it.​

 

Unpacking and Inspection

  • All items are fully unpacked on-site (unless the merchandise needs to be assembled).

  • Packaging materials such as cardboard, plastic, and foam are removed and disposed of responsibly.

  • Our team will inspect the product with you to confirm it arrived in perfect condition.

 

Assembly

  • All assembly is included (e.g., attaching legs to a table or sectional, setting up bed frames, securing shelves).

  • Heavy or complex installations such as wall-mounting, electrical wiring, or built-ins are not included but may be quoted separately if available.

 

Cleanup

  • The delivery team will leave your space clean and clutter-free, removing all debris and packaging.

DELIVERY FEES

  • Delivery fees are based on location, item size, number of items, and services selected.

  • Fees will be quoted at the time of purchase.

  • Stair carries, difficult access, or rescheduled deliveries may incur additional charges.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • In-stock items: Typically delivered within [2 to 7 business days] locally.

  • Special or custom orders: Delivered [4 to 12 weeks] from manufacturer completion.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather, supply delays, or carrier issues.

DELIVERY AREA

If there is a road that leads to your residence or destination, we can deliver. Our local delivery is a 30-mile radius from our store. Any delivery outside of the local delivery area may be subject to an additional uncharge. 

 SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery outside our range may be arranged through third-party freight carriers. Availability, cost, and delivery times vary by distance and product. Some items purchased at our store can be drop-shipped anywhere in the US if the manufacturer offers the service. Additional shipping charges will be applied.
