LIMITED WARRANTY 

At Pompano Furniture and Design, we stand behind the quality of our furniture and aim to ensure your total satisfaction. Our Limited Warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects to ensure peace of mind. Review the following policy regarding warranties. 

WARRANTY POLICY

We source our furniture from multiple reputable manufacturers, each of whom offers their own warranty terms. Because of this, warranty coverage varies depending on the brand, product type, and manufacturer policies. 

STORE WARRANTY

We offer a Limited Warranty for a period of One (1) Year from the date of purchase on most furniture items, covering:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship

  • Structural integrity of frames, joints, and hardware

  • Mechanical components such as drawer glides, recliner mechanisms, and hinges

What’s Not Covered:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (fabric fading, cushion softening, minor scratches)

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • Stains, spills, burns, pet damage, or water damage

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Commercial or rental use

  • Clearance, "as-is," or final-sale items

MANUFACTURE WARRANTY

Each manufacturer sets its own warranty length and coverage. Some products may carry a 1-year limited warranty, while others (especially higher-end or commercial-grade furniture) may offer extended warranties of 3, 5, or even 10 years. 

Many of the furniture brands we carry provide separate warranty periods for different components of the same item. This is standard industry practice, as different materials and parts are expected to wear differently over time.

  • Frames and Structural Components:
    Typically covered for the longest period—often 5 years, 10 years, or even a lifetime warranty, depending on the manufacturer.

  • Cushions and Foam:
    Cushion cores are usually warranted separately, often for 1–3 years. Gradual softening of cushions is considered normal wear and not a defect.

  • Upholstery Fabrics or Leather:
    Covers defects in workmanship or material at delivery, but not wear and tear. Warranty terms are typically 1 year or limited to issues identified upon delivery.

  • Mechanical Parts (e.g., recliner mechanisms):
    May be warranted for a separate 1–3 year period, depending on the brand and complexity of the mechanism.

  • Finish and Surfaces:
    Coatings, finishes, or painted surfaces may carry short-term warranties (often 1 year), covering manufacturing defects but excluding scratches or wear from normal use.
